Iowa/Neb got the 330 slot

Its official. 4 out of 6 home games starting at 1PM or earlier.

Also, 4 out of 6 road games.

Nobody does nooners like the ACC. The ACC OWNS noon!

We'll surely be 11:30, only other games not set are both in the Central time zone which would be a 10:30 start. Bet we'll be 11:30 on ESPN 2, Navy-Houston will be 12 on ABC & Tulsa-Tulane will be 8 on ESPNU.

I'm not shocked the ACC "owns noon". We are the only power 5 conference that has the entire footprint in the eastern time zone. Hell, we might be the only conference that does.

Nebraska/Iowa is a better game than Pitt/Miami. That game should get the better time slot.

I think they're waiting to pick the noon ABC between Pitt/Miami or Navy/Houston.
Other gets noon espn2.

Tru dat.

Hey, it could be worse. We could be on FOX and get Gus Johnson and his fake enthusiasm on every. single. play.

Here's my Gus Johnson impression, doing a Pitt game:
"Peterman back to pass....he's looking for Boyd...He has him! What a throw and what a catch! Oh my God, what a play! That is the most thrilling bubble screen in the history of the game. It's second and eight with 13:37 to go in the first quarter. If you missed this one, folks you are missing a real classic!"

I like Gus, but that was hilarious and spot on.

I love Gus. FOX wanted him to be the voice of their soccer coverage and I loved the idea but it didnt work out. Just not enough big plays to get excited about and if you take away his excitement level, he's pretty ordinary. He was made for college hoops though.

Yeah I think the tourney has been great with him. He's probably the best college basketball has right now. I do like Rafferty also though, and I always respect Jay Bilas' opinions.

Soccer deserves him. Keep people awake during the stroll.

I don't think Gus Johnson's enthusiasm is actually faked even a little bit.
Dude just loves sports and broadcasting.

Maybe. I sure hope that's true.

It's just that the cynic in me suspects that Gus's incredible enthusiasm on every single play during every single game is every bit as authentic as Stephen A's perpetual outrage on all things sports.
