Is late July too late for ACC and Big 12 to make decision about football?

What is Swofford afraid of? He's got teams in Florida the epicenter of the Covid-19 epidemic. I don't think stalling to make a decision has anything to do with the welfare of the non-Power 5 and FCS schools on the schedules.

What will Duke, NC, Syracuse do if they can't feast on patsies...imagine for us, no Marshall, no Richmond, that would be the only positive in a dreadful pandemic.

Give the Big Ten credit. They bit the bullet on an all-conference schedule. The ACC doesn't even have the balls to go to a nine-game conference schedule. No awards for courage here.

Outside of having fewer games, what benefit does a conference-only schedule have? Are we talking a consistent testing and reporting policy? You can't tell me that an ACC team potentially having to travel to Florida would be safer than playing an OOC game against a cupcake at home.
