CV is definitely not the answer. No pocket savy. Hasn’t shown any ability to extend the play in the pocket to make the first rusher miss ( like Pickett showed early ). Not to mention he has no speed to use his legs to move the chains.

I would say it was more field awareness. Even if Wake had 2 timeouts left, the game was still over if he kept running to pick it up an get out of bounds. I doubt CV was thinking they had all 3 TOs left. He either didnt know the rule or thought he was past the marker.

And you have changed your mind yet again. First you knew what he was thinking, then you didn't, and now you do. And initially, you said he slid to avoid contact, now you say he slid because he thought he was past the marker. There is absolutely no consistency in your posts.

I kinda like using the Syracuse model, and have Jurkovec run the wildcat all game.
In my minds eye, I can’t see any other qb pulling out a win.
Beating BC is a necessity to get “some” traction going into next year.
