Narduzzi has hired two "name" coordinators. Both Chaney and Canada had Power 5 OC experience at multiple schools.

Salem would be a big step down. Salem's only experience as OC was at UCF and at Purdue in the mid 90s.

I don't think Narduzzi should simple try to make a safe hire.
