You mean winning AND the other team bringing 10K+ fans. If we were 9-2 and playing 3-8 Syracuse instead of Cincy that day, the crowd would have been 52K. Thars about the maximum amount of JUST Pitt fans
Why do you need to WASTE MONEY putting a tarp up there? Just don't sell the tickets and block the access and nobody will be up there. Use the money to feed the homeless, or something important, not something STUPID like a tarp.
Building a new stadium is a waste of money.

We revive this thread monthly. It looks different sometimes on the surface but it's always there.
I heard about a guy who came back from the Philippines with the same thing.
Pitt-psu in 2016 was the largest crowd to see ANY sporting event in Pgh. PittStadium's capacity was 52K.

A friend had one of the 60's 427 ci Corvettes not sure which one that was a Rocket Ship but had some issues with Re Entry.
I remember us holding our eyes as we jumped a few curbs trying to avoid what was in front of us.
Its so different now!
Back in the mid to late 60's before football practice we'd run out to our cars and have some drag races in the school parking lot as it emptied out.
Some of the interested students, teachers, administrators would watch.
It would last about 20 mins and off to the locker room to get ready for football practice.
If that happened today the students would be expelled, administrators and teachers fired!
And a Congressional Committe would be formed to find the root cause of the issue!??
