Agree! This guy is getting it done! He is the assistant head coach and PITT needs to give him a big $ raise. We know PN will go to bat for him and I believe Heather will as well...let’s just hope the PPL who approve pay raises realize what a great job Partridge is doing.
He's already tops on staff, just pay up if he gets another big offer like in 17. Collins is the one that teams are going to be hot on this winter. Must tear up that contract or we will lose him. Honestly - when was the last time we held onto the hot young recruiting assistant busting out?
