Jim Larranaga is the only coach I know of that has an OC and and a DC. You dont see that in college basketball as it isnt really necessary but for Pitt, I'm not sure there is anything more necessary.
Listen, Jamie is about as bad as it comes in coaching offense. He pretty much cant do it. After all these years, the story remains the same. He still is one of the best defensive/rebounding coaches in the nation. That's great, keep coaching up defense but he needs to almost entirely give up coaching offense. Focus on D and bring in some assistant who has the sole responsibility of developing offensive game plans, plays, and player development.
