think he reached the pinnacle at purdue to be honest. 8 wins, going to the big 10 champ game. that's pretty much as good as it gets there for that program IMO. in current times at least..

I hear you, but he took over a dreadful program, went to two bowl games in his first two years, went 9-4 last season, beat the #2 team in the nation twice, and won the BIG West this season. By Purdue standards, he might as well be Tom Landry. Tough to not consider this an upgrade for Louisville.
6 minutes left is a pretty long time though. If passing the ball got them the lead, it's not a bad idea to keep throwing it.
Their offense is fun to watch. I guess I am assuming his brother is coming with him, I didn't read anything yet.
Great hire for Louisville. SMF is calling for Purdue to hire Narduzzi and for Pitt to hire Campbell recruitinator Mike Minter.
