With NIL student-athletes are now just athletes. I dont see how Dartmouth basketball would benefit at all. The structure is aleady unionized. They have set hours they can play or practice, the team cant strip a scholarship, or 'can' a player, it seems like a gimmick. Let them pay union dues. It would be more of a frat than a union.
