If he can get open and catch the ball, then dude can wear whatever purse he wants.
That photo was obviously taken early during the pregame warmups, because they are sitting in the really expensive courtside seats. For the actual game the football recruits (and the Pitt coaches) were sitting under the basket on the side of the Pitt bench. The Zoo A section.
