Meh... w/ the boy barreling down on him (and hitting him while out of bounds in front of the line judge) if the ball bounced the other way... turnover.
My big question was, how can you blast a guy standing out of bounds with no Personal Foul?

This is football though. The guy has to be smart enough to catch the ball while standing out of bounds and give us the ball at the 35
Seriously - what do you have to remember as a return man?
1) Never try to catch a punt inside the 10
2) You can force a penalty on the sideline if you field a kicked-off ball while standing OB. That should be all that's on your mind if it's even close.

I caught the replay last night and didn’t hear a whistle until after Ffrench got blasted. It was weird, don’t know why it took the ref so long to whistle it dead when Ffrench clearly had a foot ob.
