Last night on Hard Knocks, the show followed Russell Wilson as he went through his weekly training regimen. He said that he’s always used swimming as part of his process. They followed him to the pool where he did his weekly workouts, and you could see that he was swimming in Trees Hall. The dividing lines for the different lanes were Pitt blue and gold.
Speaking of Steelers quarterbacks, I saw a Big Ben interview at a recent volleyball game, and he was proudly wearing a Pitt sweatshirt. He said his girls are massive volleyball fans, and he’s taken them to many Pitt games throughout the year.
I’m a huge Steelers fan, so I thought both things were cool to see. And even if you hate the Steelers, you have to admit it’s a great thing to see such big stars hanging out on Pitt’s campus.
