-Kithcart's teammate who is headed to Kentucky was announced state player of the year. Which is fine, but we all know Kithcart was the leader that won VES the state championship when Killeya-Jones was stuck on the bench with fouls in the playoffs.

-We need to keep these guys.

Absolutely! If we keep them and the new hire is a competent coach and he can find a serviceable center with the remaining ship we could go deep in the NCAA tourney next year.

The worst thing would be a hire who doesn't keep either these recruits or key returning players--thus "blowing up" the program. The program needs to be stabilized where it is now and then improved--not blown up, sent backwards and started over.

Given that--the expectation for the new Coach should be a repeat of this year's modest success (20 wins, 9-9 ACC, NCAA bid) in year one as the floor upon which to build an even more successful program.

Clark wouldn't be a bad keep either. Oregon wanted him - and it seems they're pretty good.

Plus it's so late in wouldn't think there's a whole lot left out there. But admittedly I don't follow it all that closely so I could be way off.
