I think this team, this franchise, has a really good plan (for) trying to get here. Seeing the way guys show up to work every day, there’s really no distractions. As far as Pickett goes, it sounds like an innocent enough comment, but even if it was a shot it is deserved. I don't think it's the "Steeler Way" but rather the culture Mike Tomlin has established.

Yeah I don’t think he meant it as a shot but if you read between the lines he said what makes this team special. From that one can infer that the Steelers didn’t posses those qualities. Also the Steelers way of old no longer exists. It’s the Art and MM show
