Freshmen dont play anymore. That's a big part of our problem. Here's your ACC frosh scoring leaders

5. Nathan George, GT 8.9
6. Braeden Shrewsbury, ND 8.5

Notice a pattern? Freshmen are only contributing at the bottom-tier programs unless you are Duke or UNC and can get elite ones. You cannot recruit HS players anymore. Its a waste of time. If they are playing, you are in trouble.

Well.................in your defense........look at Pitt 2002-2012. Aside from a Blair or Taft, rarely was a freshman counted on. Even stalwarts like Wanamaker or Levance waited their turns. But then again, can you also afford to that in today's portal fed, immediate gratification world of college sports?
