So appreciative to have been able to watch him in a Panther uniform. Not old enough for TD, but I cherished every moment of Fitz!

He’s a no-brainer for the college HOF, most likely the NFL too, one of the all time greats.

One of favorite fitz plays was a goal line slant he caught vs miami. They were overplaying the fade, and RR hit him in stride for an easy 6.

I hope Pitt never loses sight of the incredible legacy they have in college FB, and they choose to build on that and utilize it to their advantage going forward instead of wasting it like they have done for most of the last 4 decades. They have truly had some remarkable players come through the university.

No slight was intended, Larry is unquestionably one of the all-time greats at both levels and probably my favorite Panther player ever. he should be a no-brainer first ballot HOFer. There's a lot of politics and timing involved in the NFL HOF selection process and there are plenty of examples of "no-brainer" first ballot guys who were passed over for years or in some cases entirely. But you wouldn't know that, because you're not a knowledgable fan, your're a mindless, thoughtless, gutless, slappy propagandist. Go back to your circle jerk wih your 3-4 comrades on this board.

I recall that when he made his 1st reception, the P.A. announcer at Heinz (Joe DiStillo) called him Larry Fitzpatrick.
