sure would like to see him hang around at least one more year to finish 2nd all time and to pass up TO. He is still a top ten yardage guy and not like a washed up hanger on'er like Franco running out of bounds as an old man..
Guy is worth over 150 million. Doubt he wants to start his retirement by taking a job that will have him traveling to high school kids homes and kissing their asses to get them to visit our school.
Unless they hire a real dud I expect Fitz to play at least another year maybe 2. Whatever he decides to do he has had a magnificent career and was always a stand up guy.
as you get older you witness their entire college and pro career and it makes you feel even older
yeah, I feel old. I remember players in college who are old men now. For some reason, it hits me more in college hoops. My earliest memories in college hoops are mid 80s, players like Mark Jackson (St Johns), John Salley and mark price, David wingate, rony seikaly, Michael Adams (BC) and these dudes had long nba careers and have been retired for over a decade.
Reading about Rodman's DUI and saw that he is 56. That really makes me feel old for some reason.
not to get weird here on this thread but it also hits me with female actresses I liked growing up, who are now in there 60s. Loved Lea Thompson, the infamous Phoebe Cates, these girls are approaching 60. Got a weird thing for Susan Sarandon and Jamie Lee CUrtis too, don't ask me to explain it please, it weirds me out too. We are close to 70 with them. Last week I was watching sitcoms and the hot red head receptionist in Ghostbusters I liked is playing a grandma on some terrible sitcom..
