I made an earlier thread about how is overall tenure has been a success. Having said that his decision making this year and overall state of the his staff and talent on this team leave serious questions.
Couple that with what seems to be lagging fundraising, poor attendance, and lack luster recruiting the future for the rest of his tenure isn't that encouraging.
Back to my original point, he wouldn't be one of the top 50 candidates to lead a turnaround at another school but we will charge him to lead ours.
