The FAN folks know less about Pitt BB than most people on this board. They just want to crap on a good man who makes more in one year than they will make in their careers. Tune that joke of a radio station OUT.
I listened to it to listen to the Barnes press conference. There was no other reason to listen to it.

Jamie was a good X's and O's guy, but recruiting was not something he was great at and he hasn't had an ace recruiter for some time.
Recruiting these days is a combination of effort, money, success, and being far more media savvy and social media savvy than Jamie was.
Pitt isn't going to beat out UNC or Duke for recruits. But they can absolutely beat out mid-tier NC State - who was cleaning their clocks with a mediocre coach that is more famous for banging a former player's girlfriend than he is for winning.
