WF bench outscored us 35-12

We missed 50 shots (FG's) - granted, it was a 50 minute game.

WF missed 33 shots (FG's) but also missed 16 FT's

Rebound advantage 58-35 Pitt; 26-9 on the offensive end

Cornelius Hudson - WF - shot 60% from behind the arc, but only 50% from 15' away (FT's)

But the only thing that matters, I guess, is the final score . . . never in my wildest imagination did I ever think we'd need 101 points and 2 OT's to beat the likes of WF. The missed FT's speak volumes . . .

--In the 10 games previous to the Pitt game, WF's Hudson was 5 for 31 from 3-point land. That's 16%. The scouting report would have been to invite him to shoot 3's all night long - and apparently we did.

But why do nights like this happen so often to Pitt?

Go Pitt.

Conversely, Wake's scouting report would have been to invite Chris Jones to shoot 3s all night long. How'd that work out for them?

There are two sides to every story.
