He is almost impossible to stop once he gets rolling. 6-7 230lbs so he can post up, has PG skills, deep range from 3, great basketball IQ, and is clutch.
How long until someone asks why Capel can’t recruit someone like him?
Ummmm plz dont entice some people or should I say someone that will do a symposium on it.
We obviously aren’t going to land someone at his level, but I’d like to see us hire an assistant with good international connections. Gonzaga has had a ton of success over the years with international players.

I have always thought Pitt should dive into Canada. A lot of talented kids come down to the states to the school and Cuse made a living there for a while but JB ain’t what he used to be. Close enough to get home and for family to come to games.
We should be recruiting the Real Madrid academy. Heck, Jay Vidovich can do it. He's gotten guys from the Barcelona and Valencia academies. Ok, Im joking BUT I do think that a program like Pitt may need to find some niche like this if they are going to continually recruit at low levels domestically. Similar to St. Mary's does with that Australian assistant getting guys from that Australian academy. Surprised more teams dont do this. Years ago here, I said Duquesne should straight up hire a European HC simply because their situation was so hopeless I thought a Euro HC might be able to find a few difference-making players.

It’s amazing what he can do at his height with such limited quickness and explosiveness. Body control and IQ is by far the best in the NBA. So is his step back. Close to Hardens.
