Matt S seems to think Barnes has a guy identified

I really like what i am hearing about our new AD. He is lightyears more in tune with what is going on in today's college athletics.

If everything is playing out like i am hearing. Pitt fans should be very excited we have a AD that knows what he is doing... kudos

I'll be at the airport tomorrow morning at 7:30AM. I'll check and report back. And I hope I see Gregg Marshall.

What the hell is that.

Phyllis Ada Driver (July 17, 1917 – August 20, 2012), better known as Phyllis Diller, was an American stand-up comedian, actress, singer, dancer, and voice artist, best known for her eccentric stage persona, her self-deprecating humor, her wild hair and clothes, and her exaggerated, cackling laugh.

Diller was a groundbreaking stand-up comic—one of the first woman comics to become a household name in the U.S. She paved the way for Joan Rivers, Roseanne Barr and Ellen Degeneres, among others, who credit her influence.[2] Diller had a large gay following and is considered a gay icon.[3] She was also one of the first celebrities to openly champion plastic surgery, for which she was recognized by the industry.[4]

Diller worked in more than 40 films, beginning with 1961's Splendor in the Grass. She appeared in many television series, often in cameos, but also including her own short-lived sitcom and variety show. Some of her credits include The Night Gallery, The Muppet Show, The Love Boat, Cybill, and Boston Legal, plus eleven seasons of The Bold and the Beautiful. Her voice-acting roles included the monster's wife in Mad Monster Party, the Queen in A Bug's Life, Granny Neutron in The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, and Thelma Griffin in Family Guy.

I hope Miller is actually interested. If he is I think we get him.
If Dixon goes back to TCU, Miller back to Pitt, I think Arizona would have to take an alum, or they will break the string. I wonder what their stance would be on losing Miller, would they fight it? I doubt it, teams usually don't.

Grad transfers from Zona? Probably don't have any, but could do worse ;)

I totally saw him at the airport. Lincoln Nebraska airport in March of 1988. We were getting on a plane to come home from the tournament. Paul Evans was in the bar.
I heard Evans was a big drinker and womanizer. True??

Is This A Hint Or A Wish?

“(Dixon) was a great leader who cared deeply for our student-athletes and our entire basketball program,” chancellor Patrick Gallagher said. “I can appreciate that the rare chance of coaching for your alma mater does not come up very often and is hard to pass up, but we will miss him here at Pitt.”

In any event, Pitt may not be afraid of looking at Pitt Alumnus anymore now that Pederson is gone.

Drinker yes. Don't know how he did with the ladies. But it wouldn't surprise me. Chicks loved the chia pet hair style back in the late 80's.
