21st out of 300+ and 3rd in the ACC certainly kills the Yinzer stereotype of "we can't afford" that we have rammed down our throats every time we need to hire someone. We can afford among the best, and if they're already 21st, it's not that much of a stretch to think they can even go top 10 if they want to.
