I was just thinking about this and Trey deserves a ton of credit for not getting out of control in that second half. When a guy is feeling it that much (20 in the first) and he comes out and gets to the rim for a layup and proceeds to drill a 3, it is so easy for them to just hunt their shot on every trip.
I think Trey did a great job of continuing to let the game come to him. That’s not easy for any player to do when they are that hot. How many times do you see guys come down the floor and put up a 30 foot contested 3 because they are feeling it?
