If ND doesn’t join for all sports, then you have to make a play on Oregon, Washington, Stanford, Cal, Arizona, ASU, Colorado, Utah, and the best 6 teams from the Big 12. Then you knock out the conferences behind you and solidly yourself as the 3rd best conference. We will probably lose 4 teams, so that will take us down to 24 teams. If we lose more, then replace them with 4 more. We would have programming across all 3 time zones.

Exactly. I think we can hold on to Clemson, Miami and FSU.

Miami and FSU get buried in the SEC.
