Mich-MSU and Pitt BB

As I settle in here at a Vegas Casino watching Mich-MSU I can’t help thinking how different Pitt hoops might be right now if Stallings somehow was able to land Brazdeikis. My guess is most Pitt fans are glad he didn’t because he might still be coaching here if he had. Although it seems like a few years ago Stallings was recruiting him even though he is only a Freshman now.

At any rate, looking forward to later in the week. Thursday/Friday March Madness at Southpoint in Vegas is the best, and that’s with comparisons to a number of March Madness games I’ve attended in person (although UCLA-Kentucky I was able to hit in Memphis a couple years ago was pretty good).

Stalling is such an absolute horrible coach that no matter what players he might have landed, the Pitt record wouldn't have been much different than it was. Maybe an extra win or 2, but nothing more. Coaching does matter.
