Stating the obvious: the kid is the best rising Senior in Pennsylvania; He has verbally committed to Penn State; and, Via twitter, he appears involved with PSU recruits.
Other then speculation, why do we think that he would potentially flip to Pitt? When word got out that he would visit Pitt for "fight night", he bailed and reaffirmed his commitment to PSU. Like it or not, Franklin is an excellent recruiter and, he is the jewel in PSU's class.
I would love to be in the "he is going to flip" camp but, all that I have read is cryptic and speculation.
If anyone could fill me in, I would be appreciative.
