Another bit of info, most of you I'm sure heard. The other Woody High RB Shaw is going to Western Michigan. He leads the WPIAL in rushing. Gotta wonder if maybe he wanted to go to Penn State, but they didn't offer. Also, why Western Michigan? Maybe his second choice was Pitt, but he realizes there's a good chance Sanders will turn on PSU and become a Panther?

Hmmm, Narduzzi being a defensive coach might have really clouded his judgement there. He may do nothing as a RB in college, but playing for a high scoring mid-major like Western Michigan, I think he will have a big career there.

Oline problems?? Didn't seem to hurt Conner last year. I think a talented back is obvious. Not saying we don't have one, but they aren't at the elite level by any stretch of he imagination

Conner had Officer at center and Jones-Smith at tackle. His right guard and tackle are now in the NFL.

Agreed. Most D1 football programs lose multiple guys every year from their oline.

There are a ton of college football programs who would die to have Pitt's current offensive line. Considering how much experience most have under their belts

That was Pitt's concern when he went down. They have a ton of experience on the line this year. This year and last year they were a huge upgrade from the couple years before. They're still a good and experienced line, but going into camp, the coaches really thought JJS had a ton of potential.
