What were the supposed tough initial questions?

The first question was about the search firm and then I think it was Rossi asked a 3-part question to Stallings about the Jeter situation. Later someone (maybe Starkey but can't remember for sure) asked Barnes why he would hire a guy with a lesser resume than Dixon.
