Monmouth Warm-Up Impressions

I've never seen Monmouth play but based on watching 10 minutes of their warm-ups I would bet they'll win by 15+ points tonight. They have the look of a Big East team from 20 years ago.

Well, the walkon point guard was a complete disaster in the first 5 minutes of this game where he killed our entire team, on offense and on defense. with 2 poor turnovers on top of it. We should be able to shoot far better than 12% by games end, but keep turning the ball over like this, then forget about it.

Wasn’t Monmouth Bobby Mo’s rival just a year or two ago? Seem to recall playoff battles and NCAA implications. Must be thinking of some other teams…in another era.
