I'm very proud of that young man. He went from walk-on to the best offensive lineman on our roster and possibly one of the top centers in the country. What I'm most curious about is what were the knocks on him coming out of high school that caused him to be a walk-on and what can we learn from his qualities to help in future recruiting? Lots of kids who came in with much more fanfare haven't even sniffed the field.
