I do not expect either to be hired for this position, but if either were to be the choice, It should happen fairly soon, Both are not currently coaching and should have been contacted and interviewed by phone last week.
Interest is either there or not, and Heather should be working on contract details for an imminent hire or moving on (my expectation) to a mid major coach which will have to wait til teams seasons are completed in a couple weeks,
