Narduzzi doesn't evaluate coaches during the season

Every team evaluates their players each week and Pitt sends out a two deep.
Pitt evaluates officials each week and sends reports to the conference.
Hell, even the schedule makers are second guessed.
But....Pitt doesn't evaluate coaches until the end of the season.
It's hard to quantify just how assinine this is. The people making the most amount of money don't get a performance review but everyone else does!
No wonder under Narduzzi the team regresses. By some bizzare twist of logic coaches are not subjected to performance analysis.
Must be the same level of logic that applies to a HC not knowing why the best runner doesn't play.

This was a bad hire from day 1, they need a coach that has been successful as a HC, recruiting, wins, even a non power 5, unless they can get a Wake etc coach to come. NO MORE D CORD WITH NO HC EXPERIENCE
