There is no piling up. Win 8 games and bring in a good class = a good year. I do not care where the players come from. Just bring in ballers.
As a life long Michigan fan and a newly minted Panther fan, you absolutely have the right man for the job. Was so glad when he left Sparty. Just remember not to get to caught up in stars cause this guy knows talent and how to coach it.

Yes stars are overrated, Conner was a 3 star 2 years ago he out played all 5 star RB's, and I believe HCPN can coach 2 or 3 stars up to 4 or 5 stars, he has only coached 16 games, he needs a couple more years to coach HIS recruits and I also believe things will be different, for the better

I'm not willing to elevate him beyond Walt Harris just yet. He did a ton of heavy lifting to get us from doormat to the Fiesta Bowl (I know...conference was awful but still). Walt laid the foundation for everyone that came after him.
Narduzzi is getting a lot of love right now for two reasons. His team beat Penn State and he's still here.

It may take 4 to 5 and Franklin may not be able to do it? Maryland and Rutgers are improving in recruiting and coaching!
Iowa, NW, Nebraska, and Wisky coming on Board too, to join Michigan, OSU, Pitt, and MSU! Winning 10+ games will be tall task for any coach at PSU in the next few years, and Franklin knows it now, he did not think it back in 2014!
Michigan Game away this week is a good test to see how far Franklin has to go to play with a top 10 team, same with Clemson for Narduzzi at Pitt?

Where does Serafino Dante "Foge" Fazio fit in? He struggled with the offense but coached a couple of the best defenses in college football history.
Well... first off... Penn State has WAY more resources than Duzz had day one. Secondly, he is in his third year, and they lost to Pitt. We ACTUALLY had 'fans' say fire Narduzzi and Canada after losing on the road to OSU 45-38. Could YOU IMAGINE the board if we lost to PSU last week?
Next, you are one of the first ones to be negative on the staff, yet ALWAYS backing Franklin. You need to play both sides equally.
Saying Naduzzi is the best HC Pitt's had since Sherrill at this point is about as silly as saying that he isn't.
We need more time to take it seriously. But then again the best three coaches since Sherrill were Walt, Wannstedt and Chryst (not necessarily in that order). Narduzzi had more wins in his first season than any of them, so there is that.
A side note: In case no one has noticed, Chryst was 10-3 last year and is 3-0 to start this season at Wisconsin. Guess that means Narduzzi would have a good chance of being 11-2 if he went back to MSU.

It gets worse Pitt turned down Barry Alvarez that wanted the Pitt HC Job and went with Hackett, and Jackie Sherrill wanted to return too? Bozo Bozik was fired that was the highest point for Pitt during that period?
Isn't Pitt 1 for 3 at the "We Need A Head Coach, Hey You There In The Chair" method? Worked with Jaime Dixon. Not so hot with Foge and Galactus, Destroyer of Programs (Hackett).
I have but one question to ask all of you:

You've already bailed and "soured on Narduzzi" 16 games into his career. Jackie Sherrill was 3-8 his first year as a HC at Washington State.
