Surprised no one has mentioned this. Maybe you all assumed it. However, with a new QB coach, an Alabama transfer, and the fact that Villeaux looked good at times (albeit a small percentage of the time), I fully expected a legit QB competition. However, Duzz said Yarnell is QB1 and its his job to lose. That isnt to say that he cant get beaten out but Duzz and Bell either feel that confident that Yarnell is the guy or feel the other 2 just arent close right now. It makes me wonder what in the world Duzz and Cignetti were thinking all season sitting their best QB behind 2 others.

It makes you wonder how much NIL plays into these decisions today. If they had to pay Jurk and CV larger deals, they may have felt an obligation to play them first.
None. Its not NIL. Its a salary. Alliance 412 wants to win. They dont care who the QB is.
