NCAA bans satellite camps effective immediately.

This is not banning taking your team south to practice like Harbaugh did. It banning coaches from working camps in the south. For example Pitt coaches are not allowed to work at the Georgia State camp.So how does this differ from northern baseball teams having their training in southern states?
Is it a win for all of the ACC? Would love to see the internal vote in the ACC.ACC, SEC win. Big Ten loses.
Fortunately it only applies to FBS schools so most of the coaches on the list can still participate. This is what it effects. It hurts HS athletes trying to get exposure in a efficient, time saving, cost effective way.

Exactly. In other words, the SEC out maneuvered the Big Ten in this round.

I guess the Big Ten out maneuvered the SEC in the second round. They are now allowed. In other words, the SEC out maneuvered the Big Ten in this round.
If I am not mistaken, it takes away the ability for universities to pull up roots and base a camp in other parts of the country. Programs can still have camps in their area and coaches from smaller universities can participate. What Michigan, basically Harbaugh, and now OSU were trying to do was BS.
