ND Game Tailgating

So for any Steeler fans or anyone that knows of anyone that has been to any Heinz Field game this year.....is the tailgating being watched?

Are there any lots nearby the stadium where the gestapo is not allowed to break up a tailgate, meaning any private lots?

Just wondering for my own sanity watching a Pitt game.
