Coach's rant after Louisville loss was big news. It didn't help Notre Dame against SMU, as they were smoked and Shrewsbury emptied bench in the first half. Let's hope the embarrassment doesn't motivate them Saturday. Obviously, starters will be well-rested. My concern is Burton only had 2 pts in 23 min, so he will want to go off after a horrible game. Shrewsbury's son though had 21 with 5-8 threes. Hopefully, the 3s won't fall. Pitt must be ready for them in a must-win situation. Building momentum at the end of the season would help Pitt's cause. ND and their coach is taking some heat for their underachieving season, the question is will they be motivated or quit when they're behind the rest of the way? Pitt needs this one.
