Negative Recruiting.....Part II PSU Fans

It was awhile ago, but doesn't matter the recruit or time. On their message board, PSU fans don't spew venom like Pitt fans do, so they say. Fans of all schools are similar, some extreme, some rational, some quiet. Some are vicious, some are courteous and respectful. PSU has more fans than Pitt does, so they have more of the above. They took some other decommits in the past, but they don't like it when their guys do.

I recall when Fitzgerald, Boyd, Johnson, and Shady McCoy almost commit or did switch from Penn State to Pitt, and could not have ended up happier at Heinz Field than in Happy Valley.
I remember Tony Morelli did the same back on Pitt and Penn State fans ended up happier Morelli left Happy Valley!
I still miss Bower and Givens switching to Penn State but Matthews switching to Pitt made up for it!
By the time this kid picks a school and they settle down, the story line will be that they weren't really that interested in him and it was more of a yanked offer than anything else.
and like most other PSU-related news we don't learn of it until much later
