I feel like I’m becoming the analytics complainer of the board but have to share this one. Pitt came into yesterday at 52 in NET. Beats NET 215 Florida State by 8 on the road, for a Quad 3 win. North Texas comes into the day 56 in NET. Beats NET 101 Charlotte (14-10 overall with a grand total of 1 Q1/Q2 win) by 24 at home for a Quad 3 win. North Texas jumps from 56 to 50! And Pitt stays at 52. The analytics are way too skewed towards margin of victory, and unless we win in Miami I don’t see us ever getting past about 45 in the analytics even if we won every other game.
