That was a really strange game. It looked like the Varsity vs JV. I actually felt bad for their OL and QBs. They were completely overmatched. We were better than them everywhere. We even ran the ball well. And we only won by 7. Weird, weird game.

I know it is very upsetting for Pitt to win for you , yet I am sure you will get over it...H2P
From the Cheap Seats; this is my view from afar, this is a good FB team, but not ready for prime time against top teams. They can't really put teams away. This coming week should be a really good test. For all their problems, Miami has a lot of talent. Pitt is going to have to play two good halves of offensive FB to win this week.
Some people would rather play a close game and LOSE, than play a close game and WIN...

Would it make you feel better about the WIN last night if Pitt scored 13 points in the first half and 14 points in the second half? Yes, we need to do better in the second half of games, but a win is a win...
Not to mention that Pitt had to come from behind in the second half to win three of those games
I think the point is, against good teams, a blown lead is a loss. We can’t keep having these second half issues of not scoring. Great teams put their opponents away, not let them hang around. We have got to finish these games stronger to win the division.

I only disagree that the offense can not put people away. The defense has done it's job and personally I think they spend way to much time out on the field. The offense needs to add some TOP.
Some be people would like to see the team play 4 Qs and not just 2 and win.
