Great Website currently Rating CFB for NFL Draft Pitt holding its own again as far as Top players in spite of Recruiting Ranking in previous years being below Top 25, and WVU & PSU still not producing the Higher Caliber of NFL Players as claimed each year during recruiting? This is where Pitt over achieves each year as seen as by many Post-Season College & Pro Awards as WVU and Penn State still playing ketchup and not just at Heinz Field!

I limited the search to the Top 50 for each year 2017-18-19 and to Pitt, Psu, Wvu and Temple. They rate the Players when they would be leaving for the NFL based on eligibility not if they leave early such as James Conner for 2018 instead of 2107. Clearly, it is not exact science based on possible injuries but it shows where talent is on the Rosters.

Captain, I'm sure you are aware that only those 2015 recruits that have not taken a redshirt are included in this data-base. So, how good a recruiting class was recently would have NO effect on the analysis, but I'm sure you already knew this...:rolleyes:

It provides some perspective into multiple years and that is why i like it. It by no means can be seen as accurate as others Websites that concentrate on just the upcoming Draft of 2017. NFL Clubs Scouts are much more careful month to month before the Draft and some gems and duds can't be measured into 2018 let alone in 2019. Still, one view to look at it and one factor only. :confused:o_O:eek::oops:;)

This quote WVU & PSU still not producing the Higher Caliber of NFL Players as claimed each year during recruiting? from your OP is simply misleading (not true). Pitt currently has 14 players on NFL rosters, while WVU has 22 players and PSU has 31 players. In addition, PSU's best recruiting classes, 2015 and 2016, with a few exceptions being those 2015 recruits that played as true freshmen, are not even included in the data. You knew this yet you still made the statement I quoted from your OP.

Changing thoughts slightly...they evaluated Fullbacks? How many fullbacks play in the NFL today? I looked and couldn't find the data as the data-base on nfl.com only had "running back" as a category and not fullback.
