Recruiting Update NJ safety planning return trip to Pitt

New Jersey safety Phil Campbell visited Pitt earlier this month, and today he tells the Rivals Rutgers site that he will be back again soon. Campbell also says that his decision is likely coming down to Pitt, West Virginia and Rutgers.
