One thing I have noticed about Salem is kids always remember his name. They always tweet that he is the one that offered them or in interviews they always call him by name.
It seems like most kids (especially when just offered) always say I talked to the TE coach, or the OL coach, or whatever other position coach they spoke to.
This isn't that important...Ultimately I am bored at work.
Maybe Coach Salem took some Dale Carnegie courses 100 years ago...maybe he tells the kids to tweet that his name when they announce their offer on twitter. I don't know.
