Laugh and call me crazy if you will, however we are mired in the beginning, yes beginning stages of a pandemic that will not be going away anytime soon. And it will continue to reshape the landscape of college football. And it seems more likely that it will be a long time before you see things done the way that we're used to seeing. Which in my opinion will lead to more leagues trying to limit travel which will result in to more league games! ND is in a great situation and if it works out well for them, they will feel more comfortable to stay put for another season. Honestly they may have no better choice, or they could be back to trying to find OOC games but this time only the Austin Peay's of the world will be available! You may say I'm wishful thinking but I would say no. My wishful thinking would include the ACC inviting WVU to the conference and rounding this thing out to being a legit top tier conference year after year and avoid all of the chatter from 2019 about the conference being so down. Just discount the possibility!
