Her tone deafness is actually comical. Here is a short list of strengths PSU had in the past but do not anymore. It's what they shoved down people's throats for a long time. One Reaps the seeds you sow but what they planted looks very different than they expected.
They would send letters bragging to recruits about never being under investigation or penalized.
They played in a packed stadium where now they get one game that's sold out.
The Grand Experiment totally failed.
They are always on TV. So is everyone else.
They recruited players that had a squeaky clean image and now they are just like everyone else.
They had an Iconic Coach who was sort of humble in a Gee Whiz type of way.they now have a Corporate Prick who talks a big game but doesn't back it up. As a matter of fact, other coaches hate him. People might hate Harbaugh or Meyer but they are respected. Narduzzi is ultra respected in a short time as HC because he made a difference, people see it and Michigan State will forever be in the memory bank.
The AD simply can't understand that they think they are a 5 star Restaraunt but everyone else views them as Olive Garden ( there is nothing wrong with that ) so understand what you are.
I think this season dumps a massive bucket of chum into the water for the Sharks of recruiting.
