The apostrophe goes BEFORE the 16. It's taking the place of "20" in 2016... unless you're trying to reference the class of 1600 (or maybe 16,000) which are the only instances where it would make sense (if the years weren't so far in the past and future).

IMO Dixon needs to challenge his manhood/onions.....

Because Newk has been a mental midget most of the year. I can only imagine how Bob Knight would handle him-and Newk would either quit or flourish. He needs the heavy hand IMO.
