Everyone has these kind of promotions from sponsors. Penn State it a free cup of coffee at Dunkindonuts. I believe Rutgers has a deal with Moes for a dollar off a burrito for each touchdown Rutgers scores. This is nothing like bribing big students to stay. It perk of being a corporate sponsor.
You have to mention that its the Pitt promotion when you present the coupon so they can know to kick you in the nuts as they hand you the Big Macs.
