A few notes on Pickerington (Oh.) receiver Chris Scott:
Jim talked to Scott after he visited for Pitt's spring game, and he was very positive about the Panthers then.

I spoke with Scott at the Rivals camp in Cincinnati on Sunday, and he continued to speak highly of Pitt, even saying that he plans to attend one of the Panthers' prospect camps in June to get more experience working with receivers coach Chris Beatty.
I have to say, if Scott performs at the Pitt camp like he performed in Cincinnati at the Rivals camp, he'll probably be the best prospect in attendance. He was a stud on Sunday, using his speed to win most one-on-one reps and then showcasing sheer athleticism, body control and ball skills to win any contested balls.
He was really good, and while Pitt just got a commitment from a receiver, I think Scott would be a nice addition to the class if the Panthers can land him.
