KDKA's Mike Vukovcan has tweeted about another PITT fb scholarship offer. He says he confirmed an offer to OL prospect Gavin Cupp out of Northwest Ohio. Coach Peterson apparently made the offer. Vukovcan says to "keep an eye on this name."
